I would like to invite you to join our upcoming GENE Club session via Zoom, which will take place on 27 July 2026 (Mon). This session will feature Dr Amy Kit-Yu Fu, Research Professor in the Division of Life Science and the State Key Laboratory of Nervous System Disorders at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

As advances in neurodegenerative research accelerate, blood‑based biomarkers and artificial intelligence are opening new possibilities for earlier detection and more precise management of Alzheimer’s disease (AD). Reliable biomarkers are increasingly important for diagnosis, disease staging, and treatment monitoring — particularly as anti‑amyloid therapies emerge for early‑stage AD. How close are we to diagnosing Alzheimer's disease with a simple blood test?
